    Delivery review: delivery guy Boyer and helper were super professional. Will update when mattress expands and we sleep on it.

    Mattress: So far it is almost fully expanded, 2 hours after delivery. You DO have to “shuffle” the mattress casing to get the tension off the top layer so the mattress can fully expand. Just walk around and grab the mattress seam along the top, and gently pull a few times lightly all the way around, two hands at a time. Really helps the mattress to expand. I learned this method from a IDEA worker 8 years ago when I purchased my last mattress…

    Update, I was contacted by seller and I was able to return. The return process was easy once it got started. If you need to return your mattress do not wait until close to the deadline.

    Do not buy! This mattress is extremely soft and has caused pain in my back. They advertise a 365-night sleep trial, but have not responded to my three attempts to return the mattress.
