When I opened the package, it swelled up very quickly. I really didn't expect it to be very soft. I sat on the mattress and sank down immediately. Because it is very soft, I need some time to adapt. This mattress is generally very good and the price is also very expensive. After I slept with it for several days, when I lay flat, I felt that there was no support in my waist. Perhaps I still need a long time to adapt. This is the first time I have slept on such a soft mattress.

received the first mattress. Wait at the 72 hour market only 1/2 of the mattress inflated correctly was easy to return with nectaroutlet.com. They sent out a replacement and the second mattress did the same thing. nectaroutlet.com support returned the second mattress with a full refund.

This is our first Nectar mattress and we're very happy with it. Up front, before all the details - This bed is very comfortable. My wife has some hip issues due to arthritis and she said this is the most comfortable, and supportive, bed she's ever slept on. For me, the top memory foam took a little getting used to, since I've never slept on memory foam before, but after a few nights, I admit it is super comfortable. We are both 'warm' sleepers so appreciate the cooling/heat wicking aspects of the mattress. We got the Nectar Premier Hybrid which includes coils ... and still it came in a box! It took two of us to move it around. The mattress itself comes double wrapped in plastic. The first layer keeps it folded and compacted. The second keeps it compressed. You first remove the outer layer of plastic and the mattress unfold and opens up to it's actual size. Then move that, still in the next plastic layer, onto your bed. Then, remove that final layer of plastic and the bed will begin to inflate back to its normal size. Ours inflated very quickly. Be super careful cutting away the plastic as you don't want to harm your new mattress. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Now some details ... This is one of those trendy "bed in a box" mattresses except this one has the absolute best warranty. Nectar promises a 365day In Home Trial ! One year !!! Nectar also promises at "Forever Warranty" to the original owner - for FOREVER. That covers deterioration causing the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than one and one half inches (1.5”) that is not associated with an indentation or sag which results from use of an improper or unsupportive foundation or bed base. Any physical flaw in the Mattress that causes the foam material to evidence degradation, split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling. Any manufacturing defect in the assembly of the Mattress cover. ( You can/should read the details on the warrantee over at the Nectar website). This is, without a doubt, the best warranty in the mattress industry. I reached out to Nectar Customer Service as there was no registration card and this mattress actually came from nectaroutlet.com and was told "If it's purchased through nectaroutlet.com, no need to register the warranty. If you wanted to claim warranty, just reach out to us so we can file a claim from the nectaroutlet.com Nectar specialist. They will help you on your concern with the mattress. Purchasing the mattress in nectaroutlet.com will still get you the 365 days trial and Forever Warranty." Further discussion - "Our mattresses come with a Forever-Year warranty that does not require any product registration for the warranty to apply. However, if you need to return or exchange the mattress within the first 100 days of purchase, you will have to reach out to nectaroutlet.com for assistance. After 100 days, if you have any warranty-related issues with the mattress, you can contact us but will be required to provide the order details from your nectaroutlet.com account for us to assist with any warranty claims." In order to be sure I always have the order information, I just saved a copy of the invoice from nectaroutlet.com as a pdf and filed it. Easy! This mattress isn’t even medium firm. It’s soft and it’s. I’ve had this mattress six weeks.

I treated myself to a new mattress that was quite expensive to open it and find a stain and snag.

Horrible quality, i mean its a pricy mattress, it shouldnt be so bad . U can tell its been sitting in the storage for yeara . Its old , its out of shape . I gave it 3 days so maybe it would go back to a normal shape and look, it did not . Even the cover it looks so bad , Please do not buy any mattresses online , do yourself a favor and go to a store. Waste of money and time . Its nothing even close to the description and advertisement. Almost like its a scam . Im so disappointed and angry. 😡

*5 month update* I really love this mattress. I meant to update the review sooner. Minimal to no back pain and sleeping better than I had before. *2 week update* I've been sleeping on the mattress over 2 weeks now. I am happily surprised to say the more I sleep on it, the more I like it. I have a pars fracture at my L5 which leaves me with back pain quite often. This mattress has allowed me a better sleep than my previous which was a serta sleeper pillow top. *update* Removed the waterproof mattress cover I had on the mattress and did not have issues with overheating and night sweats. This was great advice from a friend that I hadn't thought of. I've always used a waterproof mattress cover but the advice was it might be preventing the 'cooling' benefits. Waited 72 hours to use... Overheated from mattress which led to night sweats while AC set to 65 degrees. I'm so disappointed with the hybrid mattress. Sitting on the mattress feels like you sink in which made me worry it wouldn't provide enough support but once you lay down and weight is distributed, it's better.
